ROBOT PROGRAMMING AND OLP
Toward the customer needs, we create 3D simulation cells where layout, designs and equipments are located and controlled systematically. Simulation process which starts from design stage provides optimizing the systems systematically, affirming the cycle times and checking equipments.
Offline programming is also done in 3D simulation. The trajectories and program loops of the ABB, KUKA, COMAU and FANUC robots can be prepared offline and controlled within 3D simulations. It makes possible to obtain robot programs from simulation systems which are ready to be run and loaded to robots in real life.
In order to reduce the field labour and errors, we make all of the systems suitable for simulation in virtual environment by communicating simulated 3D systems with PLC codes. Therefore we prepare systems whose installation time is minimized and possible errors are predicted.
